Yume Drift Shop — Terms of Sale

General Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through shop.yumedrift.eu ("the Shop"), operated by Yume Drift, VšĮ, registration code 307058685, registered address V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By placing an order through the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices displayed in the Shop are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing errors at any time prior to order confirmation. Limited-release items are sold while stocks last; placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock until checkout is completed.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed and paid for through our checkout, processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. A contract of sale is formed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days of confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at info@yumedrift.eu before the withdrawal period expires. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns & Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging may be refunded at a reduced value or declined.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@yumedrift.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your display. Placeholder product imagery may be used ahead of a drop's release; final products may differ slightly in visual presentation while matching the described specifications.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, trademarks, and content displayed in the Shop are the property of Yume Drift, VšĮ or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total price paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs delays, acts of God, or government restrictions.
Privacy & Data
Personal data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at shop.yumedrift.eu/privacy, and applicable data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
